Slight tremor felt at Moneragela…

Recently, the Moneragala district experienced multiple minor tremors with a magnitude of 3.0. (10 Feb.).

Accordingly, the National Building Research Organisation (NBRO) claimed that earthquakes were felt in the locations of Buttala, Wellawaya, and Handapanagala.

However, the NBRO ensures that there is no actual danger and so urges everyone to keep calm because there is no need to panic.
