Restaurant owner shot to death…..

A restaurant owner who was fired at yesterday in the Midigama neighborhood of Ahangama and was left gravely injured has passed away while seeking medical care. 

The man was shot in front of his business by an unnamed group of people who arrived in a vehicle, according to the police. 

After the incident, he was taken by ambulance to the Matara Hospital, but he passed away while receiving care for his wounds. 

The armed group arrived in a van and started shooting at the 32-year-old victim with a T-56 assault rifle as he was sitting on a motorcycle in front of the restaurant, according to authorities.
