LTTE Veluppillai Prabhakharan still alive says Pazha Nedumaran…
The leader of the outlawed terrorist organization LTTE, Velupillai Prabhakaran, is indeed alive, and the Ministry of Defence has angrily refuted an Indian politician’s claim that he will soon appear in public.
Colonel Nalin Herath, the Ministry of Defense’s director of media, called the pertinent statement “ridiculous.”
Pazha Nedumaran, a former lawmaker in Tamil Nadu, said yesterday (Feb. 13) that LTTE commander Prabhakaran is alive and healthy and that he will soon make a public appearance, fourteen years after the Sri Lankan government pronounced him to be dead.
While addressing the media at Thanjavur, India, World Confederation of Tamils President Nedumaran made this claim.
Prabhakaran, the LTTE leader, is still alive and shortly to resurface. We are excited to share this with everyone. He would make an announcement regarding Tamil Eelam, he claimed.
He cited the fall of the Rajapaksa administration during the Sinhala rebellion in Sri Lanka as the reason for the announcement’s timing. The time is opportune for Prabhakaran to arrive.
