LG election to be decided today….

The Local Government Election will be decided upon at a meeting of the Election Commission of Sri Lanka on Friday, March 3.

The 9th of March, when the 2023 Local Government Election was supposed to take place, has been postponed indefinitely due to a number of factors, including a shortage of finance.

But, following Friday’s (3) meeting, the Election Commission is anticipated to reveal the next date for the Local Government Election.
