A.H.M.Fowzie was sworn in as a member of parliament as the parliament commenced today in the morning.

The Former Minister was sworn in as a to fill the vacant seat following the resignation of Mujibur Rahman form his position as a member of parliament. As Rahman has step down form the position to contest for the post of Mayor in Colombo in the upcoming election.
