On the topic of “Trajectory of Sri Lanka India Relations: 2030,” he delivered these statements while addressing the officers of the Indian Armed Forces at the esteemed Army War College, Mhow.

Addressing to Indian Armed Forces commanders enrolled in the Joint Higher Command Course, High Commissioner Moragoda emphasized the strategic importance of Indo-Lanka relations in general, drawing on both historical links and the current state of the two nations’ unique relationship.
