Bolivian found with 4.6Kg of Narcotics….

Officers from the Narcotics Control Unit detained a Bolivian woman at the green channel customs area with 4.6 kg of what seemed to be cocaine hidden in a backpack and a piece of clothing.

According to Sri Lanka Customs, this compound was soaked in the cloth used to make the jackets and cloth bags.

The suspect had taken Emirates flight EK 650 from Brazil to Dubai to make his arrival.

Sri Lanka Customs stated that the woman, who is 26 years old, was traveling abroad for the first time.

The drug, which is thought to be cocaine, is thought to have a street value of Rs. 230 million.
