A Tragedy Tremble rustles Pakistan….

According to witnesses, a strong earthquake that was felt in portions of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India caused panic among locals, who took to the streets.

 

The epicentre of Tuesday’s earthquake, which measured at magnitude 6.8, was in the Hindu Kush mountain range, not far from the isolated northern Afghan province of Badakhshan, according to Pakistan’s Meteorological Department.

 

Separately, the US Geological Survey (USGS) estimated the magnitude to be 6.5, based on early data. According to the USGS, the epicenter was located close to the Pakistani and Tajik borders, 40 kilometers (25 miles) south-southeast of the Afghan town of Jurm.

 

No fatalities have been reported to date, not even in Afghanistan, the epicenter of the earthquake
